It hit me hard today.

One person needed by 2 people.

My mama heart was hurting, but full at the same time.

I wanted to fulfill their needs individually, but wasn’t able to.

So I fed my infant and trying to console my 2 year old at the same time.

My kids don’t see their mom trying to divide herself, they just see their mom being THEIR MOM.

They were both getting what they needed from me.

I was able to feed and console and most importantly be there.

The moment that started out as being overwhelming and chaotic was just exactly what I needed. Just a Mama and her boys. I was happy and loved.
