Elisabeth Tabor
Owner
Elisabeth is so excited to be living her best life in Corpus Christi. After years of visiting the beaches of the Coastal Bend, she is loving the salty air, sandy toes, and wind in her hair.
No stranger to City Moms Blog Network, she began contributing to Austin Moms Blog in 2012 and is thrilled to continue the sisterhood here in Corpus Christi! She is married to Rad Brad and has two boys, Hudson and Finn.
Elisabeth enjoys all kinds of music, singing at the top of her lungs – especially in the school drop off line when the kids are getting out of the car – being outdoors as much as possible and is a complete and total advocate of NOT having a television in the living room.
Jennifer Mahan
Community Engagement Coordinator & Senior Writer
Jennifer is a Coastal Bend Native, born and raised in Ingleside. She began contributing to the Corpus Christi Moms Blog in 2018 and stepped up as the Community Engagement Coordinator in 2019.
She is happiest when she is crafting, writing, or doing anything artistic. She loves music, especially ANYTHING from the 90’s, and is often seen dancing around the kitchen to ‘Nsync while cooking dinner.
She is married to Derik and has two kids, Connor and Keeley. Jennifer still feels like a novice when it comes to parenting and enjoys letting other moms know they are not doing life alone. She also admits she watches copious amounts of Netflix, but balances that out by reading to and with her kiddos as much as possible each day.
Madison O'Brien
Senior Writer
Madison has been married to her wife, Krystal for 3 years and together since 2013 where they met at Texas A&M University in College Station where they both attended college.
Madi is Mama to Amelia,a spunky and brilliant one-year old. She was created with little science and lots of love via reciprocal IVF. You can learn all about their journey to motherhood at @2momsarebetterthanone or on their blog.
She has been a Technical Theatre teacher for 7 years (4 years at Gregory-Portland High School) and will graduate with her Masters in Educational Administration from TAMU-CC in December.
During Madi’s freetime you will find her outside, often on her patio, playing with her family or hanging out with friends or tackling a DIY.
Jessica Davila

Jessica has lived in Corpus Christi almost all her life and loves it. Together with her husband Roy they are raising their beautiful, almost 7-year-old daughter, Angelina. Being a stay at home mom has taught her a lot and she treasures each moment of motherhood.
Jessica is quiet in person, but give her a pen and paper and she will write a novel. She loves reading, writing, watching movies and listening to music. She is a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan and loves anything chocolate.
She is very excited to begin her blogging adventure and getting to know the CCMB community of mommas.
Darcy Esparza

Darcy started her professional career in CC in 1994 and immediately moved away for her job, got married to her husband, Louie, and started her family before moving back to the Coastal Bend in 2012. Darcy grew up in Florida before making Texas her home.
She has a journalism degree from the University of Florida but is more known for her middle school math teaching career and her now title as co-owner of a local mattress store, BoxDrop Mattress (social medial handle @boxdropcc).
Darcy and Louie have been married for more than 20 years, have 4 children, 2 granddaughters, and 2 dogs.
Maria Perez

Maria is a Corpus Christi native and very proud of it. She is currently freelancing for all things creative. Social Media management, event planning, Wedding planning, and day/week/and month-of coordination! I get paid to talk and help people. It’s the best!
Maria is married to EJ and they have two kids: Wesley, age 2, and Bella, who was adopted from the Gulf Coast Humane Society.
She loves writing and talking and loves being a part of the CBMC team! Staying connected, having a safe place for open conversation, and an unwavering support system is important in regards to growing and going forward. She is excited to continue to be a part of something that helped her through her pregnancy and in the early years of mom life!
Aislinn Noltie
Aislinn is a Canadian who grew up in Missouri and lived in Mississippi for 10 years before moving to Corpus Christi in June of 2020 due to her husband’s job.
She’s a small business owner and has loved connecting with the entrepreneur, maker and artist communities in the Coastal Bend. She and her family have LOVED living in Corpus Christi so far and are so excited to continue exploring everything this amazing area has to offer.
Shy Alewine
Shy is originally from central Texas, but loves the salty air and made Corpus Christi her home. As an educator, small business entrepreneur, wife, and mom she stays busy!
Her hobbies include trying not to kill house plants, creating epic Pinterest fails, and winning The Office trivia games even when no one else is playing. She enjoys exploring all the Coastal Bend has to offer and supporting local businesses.
CoCo Ohinger
CoCo Olinger is a retired radio morning show host and is a full time SAHM of 3yr old boy/girl twins -IVF Miracles. She is also the micro manager of her husband, Jason, of 10 yrs.
CoCo enjoys trashy reality tv of any kind, diet cokes and long days by the beach with cold beverages and taking a deep breath when it starts to get wild, cause honey it does…

Melissa Palacios
Melissa Palacios is a Corpus Christi native and loves raising her daughter Gianna in South Texas near their family. Melissa enjoys taking her daughter on walks, performing duet Disney Karaoke, learning new recipes and has recently started doing yoga and meditation with her mini me. She is a proud member of Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas, The Islander Alumni Association and the Texas Jazz Festival Society.
When she’s not planning themed dinner parties, she loves to explore the Coastal Bend with her daughter, sip coffee outside with friends and plan weekend getaways with her family.
Courtney Cotharn Lambert
Courtney Cotharn-Lambert is a Texas born, Louisiana raised, Corpus Christi transplant. She and her family – 1 boy and 2 girls (The last girl addition was born in Texas just like her mama!) moved to Corpus in June of 2021 for her husband’s job.
Courtney is a postpartum doula, babysitter, and night nanny. She also homeschools her kiddos and tries to sleep until 9 AM at the earliest! You can find her at home if she’s not working, and/or sleeping as often as possible. In between she likes free adventuring in Corpus parks and beaches when it’s not summertime. October-March are her favorite months here and she’s still on the hunt for some decent Corpus food. That Louisiana palette is hard to satisfy!
She loves meeting new people, and loving on babies and mamas. She hopes her scribbles can resonate just a little; and or give you a giggle.
