When it comes to winding down, writing has always been my go-to method. In true writer’s fashion, I have a plethora of notebooks, journals, and planners, because let’s face it – the journal is part of what makes your writing experience personal. My ultimate favorite brand is Yoobi, a Target brand. They carry a variety of journals and notebooks in bright, eye-catching shades and designs, and a lot of their products come with matching accessories. I own the Avocado journal; it also comes with a bonus pouch on the front. As a bonus, a portion of the proceeds is donated to the Kids in Need Foundation. Read more about it here.

You can never go wrong with Michael’s. Their Happy Planner products live up to their name, and with interchangeable covers and inserts, you’re sure to enjoy this product.

Where are my boy moms? This journal is beyond adorable and a great way to bond with your son! Barnes and Noble is the holy grail of journals and notebooks, but if you’re a mom that’s always on the lookout for non-electronic type activities, this Mother and Son journal is perfect!

Did you think Hobby Lobby was only for crafting? They’ve got an entire aisle dedicated to planners and journaling, with all the accessories. My favorite is this Eyelash Journal. It’s a bullet journal, but I like the freedom it gives to design your own columns and themes.

Lilly Pulitzer, y’all. She’s got some of the cutest, and sturdiest journals and planners. I read somewhere that the brighter the colors, the better the concentration and focus, and Lilly Pulitzer delivers!

Looking for something for the kids? Try Hot Topic. They carry a variety of character-themed journals and notebooks including Harry Potter and Star Wars. My daughter and I are huge fans of BTS, so we own the BT21 Character Tabbed Journal.
