New Kids on the Block
It is really hard to be the new kids on the block, and for that reason, when we planned our move two years ago, we arrived early in the summer. The monsters met lots of kids at Country Club Camp and Country Club Swim Team. It made for afternoon friends at the pool and endless bike rides around the blocks.
One thing leads to another in a small neighborhood and town, and before we knew it, we had club soccer teams, flag football teams, basketball leagues, and more; the list booked us for the year and beyond!
Welcome Wagon 
We are coming up on our two-year move-a-versary and we are so grateful we picked our neighborhood. We obviously could not have known then what we now love, but should we ever move in the future, my top ten list from this place we call home will certainly help us know exactly what to look for in a neighborhood! Now we get to return the favor to our new neighbors. Bottles of wine and JK Chocolate micro cookies are our favorite welcome to our street treat.
