Corpus Christi Moms Blog recently hosted its first family event, a SOLD OUT Easter Egg Hunt! It was truly a ton of fun and a great success thanks to our event sponsors, volunteers, and the many families who came out to enjoy a day of fun!
The morning of the Egg Hunt, families checked in and kids were given bubbles to play with and an Easter Bunny headband craft to work on and wear. A thousand eggs filled with candy and toys were scattered in open green space so each child had plenty of space for hunting and claiming those eggs! To say the 125 people in attendance had an EGG-cellent time would be an understatement!

We are so grateful to St. Pius X Catholic School for allowing Corpus Christi Moms Blog to use their campus for the day. Their space was perfect and allowed for plenty of room to mingle, work on crafts, and enjoy a bite to eat. There was even an enclosed area that was just perfect for our age divided Egg Hunts!
Complete Family Eye Care was at the event and gave attendees the chance to try on their beautiful giveaway glasses! They even provided a craft… Easter Egg picture frames! It was clever fun provided by a practice that specializes in providing patients with the perfect pair of eyeglass frames.

Chick-fil-A Staples and McArdle provided sandwiches to attendees and Rita’s was on hand with their delicious Italian Ice. Rani Pediatrics graciously provided water and juice boxes for parents and kids.
