Pumpkin Caramel Protein Coffee you say?

Pumpkin CaramelProtein CoffeeSo, I’ve been on a bit of a lifestyle change, if you will. I needed a way to get my protein in some how and I found a very simple and easy way to do that.

I’m as basic as they come. You say pumpkin and I come running. Ok maybe not running, but a girl will power walk for some pumpkin. Starbucks came out with the Pumpkin Spiced Latte and I’m just over here trying to make mine at home to fit my macros.

What if I told you, that you could make one at home, cost efficient, 3 ingredients, and you don’t even need to put pants on! I mean WIN WIN!

Here’s what you need:

1 tbsp of Instant Coffee

Caramel Premier Protein or any protein shake of your choice

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Lets make:

Boil about 1/3 cups of water into a kettle or pot.

While you’re waiting for that to boil, put a 1 tbsp of instant coffee into a microwave safe cup or bowl.

Once the water come to a boil, remove from heat and pour over the instant coffee grounds.

Mix for 30 sec. Just enough for it to dissolve.

Pour the coffee over ice and add the protein shake
