Hamilton “Ham” Porter: Hey, you wanna s’more?
Scotty Smalls: Some more what?
Hamilton “Ham” Porter: No, no. Do you want a s’more?
Scotty Smalls: I just got here, so how can I have some more of nothing?
Hamilton “Ham” Porter: You’re killin’ me, Smalls! Okay, these are s’mores stuff. Now pay attention. First, you take the graham. You stick the chocolate on the graham. Then, you roast the mallow. When the mallow’s flaming, you stick it on the chocolate. Then, you cover it with the other end. – The Sandlot

YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT, One Minute S’mores

{you’re welcome}

With kids, we are always looking for quick and easy recipes and my husband is a HUGE fan of s’mores. So, the other day, he had a craving and bought the ingredients to make the ooey, gooey treat. Full disclosure: we do have a fire pit, but I wanted something quick and easy, while still getting the effect of toasted marshmallows.

Let’s get to the items you’ll need:

Graham Crackers. (They actually sell the graham squares)

Marshmallows (They sell square marshmallows too, but we just got the reg.)

Chocolate. ( My husband ended up getting the one with almonds)

A cookie sheet

The Assembly Line:

Set the crackers out

Place 2 marshmallows on one side of the cracker

Place a piece of chocolate (However big you’d like) on the other cracker.

Turn your broiler on, on your oven.

I set mine on high.

Put the pan in the oven and broil for ONE minute.

Every oven varies, so please watch as you don’t want to over toast them.
