A Gift to the Unsung Heroes of the Holidays: Our Delivery People

0

Raise your hand if you shop on Amazon Prime like it’s going out of style like I do?

Raise your hand if you do most of your shopping online (especially for the holidays!) because crowds and parking and people can just sometimes ruin your jive?

Raise your hand if you’d rather spend time with your family (or, you know a good book and a cup of coffee while the kids are at school and you can actually have some peace & quiet) so you order your groceries via Shipt?

Oh. Just me?

Yeah….I didn’t think so!

So, this year, prompted by a brilliant friend of my mom, our family is leaving some treats for the unsung heroes of the holidays: our delivery people!

Until Uber comes with wine and it’s legal to sip and shop all over, my beloved UPS, USPS, FedEx and Shipt deliver drivers are my besties and my heroes.

I obviously chose to use our #letterboard, but our friend used a simple chalkboard – which is so cute! What will you choose?

I hope some of you will do the same – if you do – tag us on Insta, Pinterest, or Twitter so we can see and share the love! <3

Stay Cool Coastal Bend, and a HUGE THANK YOU to delivery drivers everywhere…you all ROCK!
