Corpus Christi

Celeste, the youngest of four siblings, is from Robstown, just outside of Corpus. She graduated from Robstown High School in 2008, and subsequently attended the University of Texas at Austin. While in Austin, Celeste met her best friend and future-husband Eddie.

Celeste attended St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio from 20012-2015, and obtained her license to practice law in May of 2016. Taking and passing the Texas Bar Exam was mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausting, and she is oh so very glad she never has to do that again.

After she graduated law school, Celeste and Eddie married in July of 2015 and moved to Corpus Christi the following year to be closer to Celeste’s family. Celeste currently lives across the street from both her older sister and her older brother. Besides being able to have close relationships with her siblings and nieces and nephews, it has also proved very convenient when in need of milk, eggs, or butter. Ha! 

Moms

Celeste and Eddie are dog-lovers and have three fur-babies (Duke, Avery, and Amy) and one human baby, Raegan. 

Raegan was born 10 weeks early and weighed a whopping 2 lbs 8 oz. She spent 2 months at the Bay Area NICU. She is currently 7 months old, and the center of mommy and daddy’s universe. 

Blog

Celeste currently works for a local law firm practicing personal injury law. She travels quite a bit for work, and thankfully, her husband has taken off time from TAMUCC to be a stay at home dad. 

Her work can be challenging, so she blows off steam reading fiction (anything by Liane Moriarty) and watching reality tv. She is a big fan of the Bachelor franchise, Tom Brady, and the Texas Longhorns.

Becoming a mom wasn’t exactly easy, as Celeste and Eddie struggled to conceive, but it has proved to be well worth everything they endured. She is only seven months in, but so far, being a mom has been her greatest joy.
